Class Title: Basic Pointed-Pen Writing

This is a good class to learn how to use your calligraphy dip-pen, script nibs as well as your fine-point flexible fountain pen nibs to create an elegant script writing.

Maria Weyraugh, is a sustaining member of the Washington Calligraphers Guild (
www.calligraphersguild.org) since 2008, in addition to being a re-enactor with the Third United States Infantry, Company K, doing demonstrations of period writing during the American Civil War.
Miss. Weyraugh's assistant for this class will be:
Tamara Stoneburner, also a past president of and member of the Washington Calligraphers Guild, a professional calligrapher for over sixteen years, who has for many years been demonstrating calligraphy near the entry point of the Washington Pen Show.
Date: August 10th, 2012
Time: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. ( A one-half hour lunch break half way through 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. The class will promptly begin at 9 a.m.)
Cost: $40.00 per person (Cash or Checks only as I am not set up to do credit cards. Make check out to Maria Weyraugh) -- This will cover all the supplies totally for the class.
